Lord, this cannot be!

Lord, this cannot be!

“Lord, this cannot be” is what I told God when He spoke to me about Los Angeles. I was traveling into L.A. to LAX to pick up a family member when without warning or thinking about the things of God, the Spirit of God just flooded my car. I was in the process of changing the radio station to my favorite jazz station when He spoke.

The car filled with the presence of God and God said to me clearly and precisely, “I am sending a revival to L.A.” I was shocked. I thought just the opposite and why would God send a revival when it is His judgment that L.A. needs most.

I questioned why God was doing this and why He was telling me. I did not want a revival because this city has done so much harm to America and the Gospel of Christ. I was looking for God to make a statement of His displeasure with what California has promoted and how it has destroyed so many people’s lives.

I know God’s judgment is coming but first He is giving L.A. a chance to repent and receive the goodness of God. Judgement will come but not now. Now it is the time/season of forgiveness and the miracles of God.

Once I said to God, “This cannot be,” God immediately showed me ‘the coming revival’. It will cover all of L.A. There will not be any central location but instead there will be fires of revival throughout the greater L.A. region. People will be running to these revival outbreaks. People will stop what they are doing in order to be part of what God is doing. It will be massive and amazing. I was feeling the presence of God hitting me from every direction while He was sharing this with me.

It will be like all the earlier revivals that took place in Los Angeles: the Azusa Street Revival, Billy Graham’s tent revival, evangelist Aimee Semple McPherson, the Jesus Freaks Movement, The Lord’s Church, all the missionary outreaches, and so many more. It will be like all of these combined into one impacting all of L.A. with God’s presence.

I asked, “Why tell me God?” Then God said, “(Steve) To speak it to come to pass. Prophecy it over L.A.; command it too happed…to happen now.”

I shared this with a good friend, and he said, as soon as I told him, the presence of God moved over him and spoke to him, “Ezekiel 37.” He said God wants me to speak to the dry bones—to prophecy multiple times for God to move over the dry bones in L.A.

I immediately received confirmation and direction. So, get ready L.A. God is coming to you again. This is possibly your last chance and maybe your only chance just as Jonah spoke to Nineveh (Book of Jonah). Note, this is what I will be prophesying…

“The hand of the Lord was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the Lord, and set me down in the midst of the valley, which was full of bones,

2 And caused me to pass by them round about: and, behold, there were very many in the open valley; and, lo, they were very dry.

3 And he said unto me, Son of man, can these bones live? And I answered, O Lord God, thou knowest.

4 Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.

5 Thus saith the Lord God unto these bones; Behold, I will cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall live: (Ezekiel 37:1-5)

It is your turn L.A. Get ready, for God has decided to visit you once again!
