A Two-Edged Sword and the Virus

It is obvious that Satan is busy doing what he chose to do—creating an America in chaos. But, whenever Satan rises up and does his works of evil, the Lord Jesus comes in like a flood. We must do what is our part and our calling in Christ. This is why God’s anointing is upon us.

The Bible talks about having a two-edged sword (the sword of the Spirit) that performs the will and judgment of God. We have it if we dress yourselves with the armor of God each day. It is the ‘Spirit’s sword’ that brings about ‘God’s offense’ in this world. The Spirit alone handles the sword and executes the judgment of God—we are the Holy Spirit’s ‘tool and partner’ in placing everything under the feet of Christ. As 2 Corinthians 10:5 states, “We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”

There is a battle to be fought and a war to be won. We are in ‘spiritual warfare’ much more than any other type of war in these last days. Therefore, I ask and desire from God to let me know what I should be doing. When the coronavirus began in America God told me to pray for the winds of heaven to blow across the nation to disperse and limit the impact of the virus on Americans. This did happen and the initial impact of the virus was much less than originally projected. God also asked me to pray that ‘the ax head would swim’. We need to continue to pray for the ax head to swim, i.e. for our economy to once again work and prosper. Remember, ax heads do not swim and there is nothing man can do ‘to miraculously jump start’ our economy and make it active again. This is a God thing so do not expect our government or man’s efforts to make this happen. Only God can make ax heads to swim so pray for God to do this and not man—it will and should be a God’s miracle alone!

Recently, God asked me to ‘curse the virus’. This is what I have been doing for a few days. I know others have been given prayers to pray and activities to do to stop the virus. The virus is ferocious and deadly and can only be stopped by the Spirit of God. Do not expect a man to solve a ‘Satan problem’, this is spiritual warfare we are in so use what God has given us to make a difference.

Churches need to step up to the plate and begin to act like children of God and go on the offensive through believing what God wants and that God alone can destroy the virus in America, and then take all the means and actions that demonstrate to the world that we care and put our faith on the line. If we take action and protest through unity and faith, the world will take notice and God will respond to our works and words of faith.

Finally, I am a big supporter of ‘not tempting God’. This virus is limited by your strength of character and personal lifestyle. This is what you can do to fight against the virus on a natural level that requires no faith. This comes from various doctors and medical organizations that I have been tracking. This is their advice, not mine:

· Get outside and into fresh air & sunshine has much as possible each day.

· Exercise each day causing your lungs to expand and exhale—coughing into the air is good for your lungs to expel any virus or germs.

· Sleep at night with your windows open allowing fresh air to move through your house/apartment. (Sleeping outside is a good idea.)

· Eat healthy foods that fight viruses and take vitamins that support your immune system to resist the virus.

· Wearing a face mask can be good for others but understand a facemask will not keep you from getting the virus.

· You cannot get the virus through your hands, washing your face often is better than washing only your hands.

· Every night take a long and hot shower breathing in as much moist air as you can. This will help heal and cleanse your lungs.

· If you have lived a corrupt lifestyle your chances of getting the virus is much greater than a healthy or young person, so be proactive & make changes.

· The virus will go through the whole population of America but remember, contracting the virus is not nor should it be a death sentence—you can beat the virus!

I am not a doctor, but these simple suggestions will help you and those around you win against the virus. Do not let fear dictate your response to the virus.

The Rebuilding of the Temple

The article: "The War Song That the Enemy Wants to Stop!" by Jo Ellen Stevens, Connersville, IN

I received this article a few days ago. I was touched by the sincerity of Ms. Stevens’s words as well as her insight. I was moved by the Holy Spirit to pass it along to my friends and family. The section, Israel Will Be Restored, in the middle of her article is what caught my attention. The Lord spoke to me a week before this article came to me that the Temple of David/Solomon will be rebuilt in Israel within the next 4 years (or the beginning of its construction). This article was only a confirmation as to what the Lord will be doing shortly. We are in the latter days; it is time to do what the Lord has asked us to do and have failed to respond to Him—so get busy!

Ms. Stevens states. “It is the Church’s honor to worship the Lord; this is why the enemy wants it stopped! He has always wanted it stopped from the beginning of time. I believe through COVID-19, the enemy’s plans for us is to close our mouths! He wants the Church silent! Here is why: ‘Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God: every precious stone was in thy garment, the ruby, the topaz, and the diamond, the chrysolite, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, emerald, and the carbuncle and gold: the workmanship of thy timbrels, and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.’ (Ezekiel 28:13)

This passage is about our enemy, or rather, Lucifer before he rebelled and became Satan. God is speaking here about how he was created and what he was created for. He had built into him pipes and timbrels meant for worship.

Lucifer was the chief musician in Heaven! He had all of that and yet His pride about his own beauty caused him to lose his place before the throne of God. Now, Satan is looking at the worshiping Church and jealousy has risen up in him because he knows that he will never get his place back. He knows he has been stripped of his authority and beauty, and he has been cast out from Heaven with nothing left to look forward to but a fiery, burning Hell.

The Bible also says that he was the ‘covering cherub’ (Ezekiel 28:14). He lost that. So, who and what will take his place? Yes, we have been given the privilege of becoming those that stand before the throne of God and worship Him, and when we do, our worship begins to become the covering for cities, states, regions and nations!

The Spirit of Jealousy

If you are a musician or singer or on any kind of worship team, have you ever wondered why there is so much jealousy and division in that area? Well there you have it. I believe this is the spirit that attacks worshipers the most. Many years ago, when I was a part of a worship team at a church I was attending, I went to a prayer meeting in someone’s house. As I was sitting there being the seer that I am, I suddenly saw a statue of Pharaoh standing in the corner and the Lord said, "This is the spirit of jealousy standing in the house!" I didn’t understand then what it was about but the next week, as I was watching the worship team that had been bringing quite a breakthrough, I noticed something seemed to be wrong.

All at once the Lord spoke to me and said, ‘Every time the worship begins to bring breakthrough into a church, the spirit of jealousy rises up and will not allow My people to be free to worship Me, thus the statue of Pharaoh that you saw.’ So, I said, ‘Why is that?’ He said, ‘Remember that I told Moses to say to Pharaoh, Let My people go to be free to worship Me in the wilderness! Then he hardened his heart and would not let them go. Do you know why he would not let them go? It is because it would bind his power, and I have given you that privilege!’

Psalms 149:5-9, ‘Let the saints be joyful in glory; let them sing aloud on their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand, to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples; to bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; to execute on them the written judgment—this honor have all His saints. Praise the Lord!’

It Covers Our Regions

You see, our worship provides a covering for our regions and for our cities and countries! Our worship isn’t just some little song that we sing, but when we worship Him in spirit and in truth, we begin to allow the Lord to sing His song through us! We become a habitation for the Lord and for the Lion of the tribe of Judah to roar through!

His words sung by His Spirit bring a covering over us and the enemy cannot penetrate it! David knew this and created the Tabernacle, appointing singers and musicians to worship 24/7, because he already knew as a little shepherd boy that when he would worship in the fields, God would help him defeat the lions and the bears.

The Lord told me one time while fasting and praying on 9/11 that He had His very own "911." He then told me to turn in the Bible to Amos 9:11 (NKJV):

Israel Will Be Restored

"On that day I will raise up the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down, and repair its damages; I will raise up its ruins and rebuild it as in the days of old."

Again, He told me to turn to the New Testament, Acts 15:16: "After this I will return and will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down; I will rebuild its ruins, and I will set it up."

The Enemy Wants to Shut This Down!

Yes, there may be COVID-19, and yes, there is rioting and looting—there is no denying that now. I am here to say to you: this is the enemy’s plan to shut down worship! He is out to close it down. Here is one more passage in Scripture that will show you that our worship will cause God to come and fight for us. In this passage, He is coming to the sound of timbrels and lyres and He is coming to destroy Molech, the god of the Assyrians, which was the god of child sacrifice:

"You shall have a song as in the night when a holy festival is kept, and gladness of heart as when one goes with a flute, to come into the mountain of the Lord, to the Mighty One of Israel. The Lord will cause His glorious voice to be heard, and show the descent of His arm, with the indignation of His anger and the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, tempest, and hailstones. For through the voice of the Lord Assyria will be beaten down, as He strikes with the rod. And in every place where the staff of punishment passes, which the Lord lays on him, it will be with tambourines and harps; and in battles of brandishing He will fight with it. For Tophet was established of old, yes, for the king it is prepared. He has made it deep and large; its pyre is fire with much wood; the breath of the Lord, like a stream of brimstone, kindles it." (Isaiah 30:29-33 NKJV)

You see, this is another thing that the enemy of our soul is fighting. He wants our worship stopped because it will cause the tide to be turned on the blood lust in America that is so desperately trying to keep abortion legal. It is child sacrifice at its worst, and if we are to ever see this abomination cease in our land, we must continue to worship Him! The enemy wants to deceive us right now and make us believe that our worship leaves us open to the virus, when in truth, it will cover us if we will see in the Spirit. Let those who have eyes to see and ears to hear shout His praises from the rooftops!"

Have You Had Enough, California?

Once again Governor Gavin Newsom has shut down all churches, their religious services, and all gatherings for worship for no apparent reason other than based on the premise “more cases of the Coronavirus has been detected through testing”. What a colossal irrational mistake!

Have you had enough of this assault on religious freedom and irrational reasoning by our leaders? It is time to protest and do it now! My suggestions are:

1. Send a letter to our governor and the news media that our churches will not comply with this order.

2. Immediately stage protests in the ‘manner of gatherings’ each and every day.

3. Have outdoor gatherings in churches’ parking lots, grass areas, or outdoor tents to protest Newsom’s order.

4. Have these protests every evening when the sun begins to set and have your protests structures for maximum exposure in order to have live media coverage.

5. Your protests should not include hate speech or anger but gather for one purpose alone—to worship, to praise, and to fellowship (as the Body of Christ).

It is time for our religious leaders to exercise their rights to freedom of religion, freedom to assemble peacefully, freedom of speech, and freedom to protest/issue grievances against the government. Do it now, do it for others, and do it in the Spirit of Christ.

Did You Hear God Laugh?

I was relaxing this afternoon, Thursday, July 9th, and turned on the TV. I decided to read the headlines on Fox News. I try not to listen to national news on TV—not much good comes from that sort of behavior—garbage in and garbage out. Nevertheless, I read about a Supreme Court ruling that President Trump was told by the Supreme Court that his tax returns and financial records can be investigated by New York’s Attorney General’s Office.

When I read the headline immediately my spirit began to laugh within me. I could hear God laughing at the plans of mankind. The Holy Spirit reminded me of Psalms Chapter 2 where King David writes about God laughing at the enemies of His people:

Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?

2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying,

3 Let us break their bands asunder and cast away their cords from us.

4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.

5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath and vex them in his sore displeasure.

I love this chapter; it is one of my favorites! God laughs at our enemies! You might not have voted for Mr. Trump, and I was not going too but God told me to pray for him and prayerfully support him. I did not know then what I know now why it is important that a businessman become a President.

Be warned and take note to what I have said in the past and will now say/write again.

1. Get out of debt, owe nothing to anyone.

2. Become self-sufficient and learn to do things on your own.

3. Learn some trades and purchase tools (and books) in order to fix anything.

4. Have items in your home and your vehicle(s) running well or able to keep working for the next 5-10 years.

5. Plan that the next 5 years will be good years financially (to do the above 4 sentences) and then understand and prepare that the next 8 to 10 years will be years of financial depression. (As it was with Egypt under Joseph, so it will be in America.)

6. If you are not in a state of constant repentance and brokenness, get there!

7. The covering of joy was taken from the earth in January and the next covering will be hope. So, get ready, get Jesus, and get the power of the Holy Spirit working in your life in every aspect of your living style.

A Personal Message from a Good Friend

"Some time ago, a very familiar and frequently quoted Scripture surfaced over and over again at the Forum on Human Sexuality in Kingston, Jamaica: "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect." Romans 12:2.

But, practically speaking, how is that accomplished by someone like myself that for many, many years lived life by the patterns of this world?

1. I had to agree with God that I had been greatly deceived.

2. I had to agree with God that I had been believing a lie and I had to repent for doing so.

3. I had to allow, I needed to give God permission to show me just how destructive the lie I bought into and believed really was.

4. I had to reject the lie(s) I had believed for such a long time and then choose to believe what God says to be true.

5. I had to decide and choose to stand on the many truths God disclosed to me about myself instead of how I would normally have responded to life’s scenarios and circumstances.

By the way, all of the above mentioned practical points often, very often, involved pushing through strong feelings and emotions that did everything they possibly could to sway me from doing what was right. Without a doubt, the greatest battle was learning to value truth because it is true, and not just because it felt true. Ultimately, like a multitude of others, I had to purpose to obediently and confidently take God at His word."

Joy, where have you gone?

During the month of December 2019 my spirit became unsettled. I felt something was not right. I could not ‘put my finger’ on what was wrong nor did my spirit give me any understanding of what was about to happen.

I kept asking God, “what is not right” and “why am I feeling like this”? As I was talking with a close friend, he mentioned a scripture about the strength of the Lord, and it was as if a light bulb turned on in my life. I immediately knew what my spirit was sensing.

Right before World War 1, spirit-filled ministers would speak of a Spirit of Peace that left the earth—a covering of peace that God kept in the earth. That Spirit of Peace left the earth as the world entered into WW 1. In World War 2 once again God’s covering of love left the earth, a Spirit of Love no longer could be felt. Many spirit-filled individuals realized that another war was about to begin.

Ever since WW 1 the world has not been without a war waging, even though the United Nations was created to bring peace back among the nations of the world, it has not happened. After WW 2 the world has not experienced love that binds the populations of all nations together. Even though there are programs, organizations, and rhetoric that tries to restore love for mankind, all efforts have failed. People are more divided today and it only gets worse each year.

Now we have new problems of fear and hate due to God removing the Spirit of Joy from covering the earth. (The Book of Revelation of Jesus Christ is fulfilled more and more as we get closer to Christ coming back.) The absence of joy brings confusion and lack of direction—this has been obvious since the beginning of 2020.

Joy has left the earth, God covering of Joy will no longer be felt nor will it be a stabilizing force in the earth’s population. If you have joy, it will only happen because of Christ and the Holy Spirit living and operating in your life. God is pouring out the wrath of His Son, Jesus, on all the earth.

Church wash your robes and make them white in the blood of the Lamb and fill your vessel (your life) with the anointing of the Holy Spirit. You can have joy freely but only through Christ—God is no longer giving the earth a free ride. First, it was peace, then love, and now joy—what is next?

Only Jesus Matters!

Once again the world takes a Christian symbol like ‘kneeling’ in honor to God and uses it as a political tool to get what it wants. We saw this with the ‘high jacking’ of the rainbow as the symbol for the gay movement’s agenda, the use of the image of the cross of Christ for personal and political gain over the past 2000 years in so many non-religious groups, and now it is ‘taking a knee’ as a way of saying we are humble and in agreement with the Black Lives Matter’s movement. None of these movements, groups or political organizations have anything to do with honoring God and especially with being an example of serving Jesus Christ.

I cannot ‘take a knee’ to anyone, any agenda, or any political force—I kneel to Christ alone and Him only do I serve! As a Christian anything I do, say, and believe must be in-line with Christ’s example and words. You want me to kneel then let’s knee together to Jesus Christ and then let us stand together and do what is right and honorable to Jesus—let’s only do what Jesus would want us to do and what He would do.

Every problem, every issue, and every wrong & right is a spiritual problem, issue, and moral issue. Nothing is outside of Christ and every knee will bow to Christ alone before Christ’s return. Whether you are a Christian or not, you will acknowledge and give respect to Him, exactly as the Bible states.

A friend pointed me to a website of Black Lives Matter, which stated the agenda and what the movement believes. It was shocking, to say the least, and something no Christian could agree with. Here are a few of BLM statements:

“We are guided by the fact that all Black lives matter, regardless of actual or perceived sexual identity, gender identity, gender expression, economic status, ability, disability, religious beliefs or disbeliefs, immigration status, or location.

“We make space for transgender brothers and sisters to participate and lead.

“We are self-reflexive and do the work required to dismantle cisgender privilege and uplift Black trans folk, especially Black trans women who continue to be disproportionately impacted by trans-antagonistic violence.

“We build a space that affirms Black women and is free from sexism, misogyny, and environments in which men are centered.

“We foster a queer‐affirming network. When we gather, we do so with the intention of freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteronormative thinking, or rather, the belief that all in the world are heterosexual (unless s/he or they disclose otherwise).”

Before you support anything, check into what the movement believes and how they operate. Do not be fooled by their rhetoric, popularity, or media support.

I am in support of a counter-movement, ONLY JESUS MATTERS, that is willing to confront Black Lives Matter with the truth of the Bible, love for all people, and strength of character speaking out about what is evil and wrong in our society.

CSA Part 2

How to Call for a Solemn Assembly

Things are a mess in America these days. The structure of families, schools, and houses of worship are under attack from many political and community groups. What we are facing is not a health issue, a political issue, or a cultural issues—it is a spiritual issue!

If the Church refuses to do nothing then it has become part of the problem and avoids the calling God has placed on His Church in America. Phillip Lee, director of His Way Out Ministries, wrote this in one of his recent articles, “Holiness, godliness, and spiritual discipline should be, must be the distinctive marks of the true Church. Jesus prayed that His people be kept in truth: ‘Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth’. (John 17:17) Compromising God’s Word, His Truth, or withholding His Truth only leads to greater unity with the world and not His Church. As Christians, may we never forget that while our obedience to the Great Commission may cost us personally, the good news of spiritual deliverance through Jesus Christ remains an important and vital resource that Christians must share. On God’s truth is where the Church must stand.”

As I stated in my last article, “It is obvious that God’s Church in America has medicated itself with spiritual sedatives (has been putting itself to sleep with its decisions). As a whole the Church seems unable to find the direction and the calling God has given His Church as referenced in the New Testament. It is indeed time for a Call for a Solemn Assembly (CSA).”

The Book of Isaiah states, “Because the people did not do justice in the land” as Isaiah charged, “even though you make many prayers…your hands are full of blood” (Isa 1:15).

It is time for a CSA—a time of protest against sin! A time of repentance and mourning! A time of confession and admitting where we have gone wrong. A time to state that ‘sin is sin’ and it is the Bible that is our measuring stick—not the ‘watered-down gospel’ of compromise and seeking not to offend.

Here are the guidelines for a CSA and what God is expecting of His Church.

1. It is a time for an assembly, not within a church building but out in the open. We are the church (not a building)—His Church is the Body of Christ, not a physical structure. (Meet in a park, a parking lot, the street—anywhere a group of people can stand and pray while crying out to God for His forgiveness, healing and grace.)

2. We must find a voice of grief, humbleness, and admitting our failure—stating our sin and the sin of our community and nation. Many different people should pray for all the people. An assembly will probably last only 1-2 hours.

3. We must come together in an assembly desiring to be broken by the Holy Spirit. There is no repentance without the Spirit of God convicting us of our sin.

4. The Word of God must be read out loud. It is important to hear God’s word convicting us of all our sin and failures—individually and corporately.

5. Singing should be songs of repentance and forgiveness. It is not a time of rejoicing but a time of great mourning. Singing should not be organized but spontaneous.

6. Begin with 50 to 100 people. The assembly should not be ‘a church’ organized event but an ‘organic assembly’ organized by ‘lay-people’ with the sole purpose of confession and repentance. (This is not a political event nor a human rights protest.)

7. A CSA is an eight-day event. For eight days in a row come together to confess and protest the personal and corporate sin. Do not allow the assembly to become a political or a human rights event. A CSA is a religious protest-assembly.

8. Everyday the assembly should double in size so by the end of the eight days there should be almost 10,000 people in your assembly. Plan to have the assembly to be held in a large out-door area to accomplish all the gatherings.

9. Note: All the guidelines for the corona virus have been suspended for assemblies that are protests—so take advantage of this situation.

10. You will find opposition, criticism and persecution but this is what Jesus called us to—‘you will be persecuted just as I (Jesus) am persecuted.”

Plan a CSA now, begin tomorrow, and watch for God’s intervention in our nation.
