Speaking into the wind

Speak to the Wind—Following God’s Lead

I havewriting and will continue to write about God’s Government, All Roads Lead Through Jericho and the Next 8 to 10 years. These articles have much in common and are timely. In fact, the urgency and relevancy of these articles are critical.

I can say with so many other Christian authors that I have suffered various attacks in order to bring to you this gospel. We are living in the last days. Christ’s return is imminent. But, His return will not happen without the accomplishment of what God has called us to do.

This past week God asked me to ‘speak into the wind’—the wind that blows from the west coast to the east coast. I am passing His command onto you—‘Speak into the Wind!’

In order for God’s will to be done or accomplished there is always preparation. John the Baptist paved the way for Jesus’s ministry. Jesus referenced the importance of John’s ministry and stated, “Together we will fulfill the Kingdom of God.” God is saying this to His Church—we must partner with God in order to usher in the Second Coming of Christ.

God wants, His will requires, that another Movement of the Holy Spirit must come upon America. I believe it will have many attributes that America has experienced in the past yet a new and completely new component—The Government of God.

II Corinthians 10:3-6: For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds; 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

So I am praying, speaking, commanding in the authority of Jesus’ Great Name, “That the power of darkness, avenues of anti-Christ thinking processes, and movements that discredit God and His purposes would be brought low and under obedience to Christ.” I am speaking against all the philosophies that have infiltrated the Church and hold the Church in bondage (as stated in Revelation) in order for the Holy Spirit’s next great movement may get started in America.

As I speak in the authority in Christ and for His glory alone, I ask for redemption and deliverance to be carried by the wind from west to east; then and only then may the revival that God has purposed for America to begin on the east coast and flow to the west coast.

I know this might sound strange to you but this is how God works—in the irrational and unbelievable. Join with me—Speak into the Wind—bring the authority of God, His government, to bear on the darkness that has taken hold of America in the last few decades. It is time for revival; it is time for God!

God Has Numbered the Coming Years

A prophetic & theological word

It was in the month of May 2016, six months before the last Presidential election. God spoke to me and said, “It will be eight, no, ten years of blessings.”

I was confused why the Lord said, “…eight, no ten years…” God does not make mistakes but He speaks in riddles or secrets—this is His wisdom.

The number ‘eight’ signifies God is in control with both ‘blessings and judgments’, and the number ten’s significance is ‘fullness and competition of the end’ with God deciding the outcomes. Over the next 10 years from approximately summer of 2016 till 2026 God has promised His provision and intervention into the lives of His people. We need to ‘lay hold’ on the blessings of God in our physical, financial, and spiritual life.

It is time: to grow spiritually without limits in Christ, to receive health and youthfulness promised in Scriptures, and become financially independent and to prosper being free from debit and dependence on monetary institutions.

We need to get ‘our houses’ in order. God is in the fast lane when it comes to the ‘end-times’. The advancement of God’s blessing and fulfillment affirms that judgment it not far behind. Whenever we read about ‘times of blessings’ in Scriptures there are ‘times of drought’ coming. I believe after 8-10 years of extraordinary blessings and spiritual fruitfulness, there will be years of tribulation and spiritually challenging times. (Read Genesis and the story of Joseph.)

God is in the process of fulfilling what He has promised to each of us. The numbers ‘8 & 10’ in combination mean that God is going to ‘double-down’ on His activity in the lives of His people. Remember, however, that the Holy Spirit works as a ‘two-edged sword’. Let’s receive and give what the Lord gives to us.

We need to prepared and reap the promises of God’s provision and love for us both physically and spiritually, both mentally and financially, and both individually and corporately. What will take place after 2026 will be exactly the opposite of what will take place in the next 10 years. This is what I believe God is saying to me and His Body.

(I strongly caution you that Christ’s Return is not what I am referencing. What transpires during this timeframe is always dependent on the Word of God and God’s perfect timing for all mankind.)

Being a ‘Jesus-up’ person

Everyday is a Battle

A prophetic & theological word

One cannot read any book of the Bible without understanding that God has called each of us to ‘His Battle’. Satan chooses to fight with us each day. He hates you and I. We are God’s kids and we are standing between Satan having his way and God’s purposes and action plans being fulfilled.

One cannot be so naive to think that you can get a reprieve from Satan’s attacks. I am happy to fight, and God sees to it that Satan does not win over His kids.

I often would like a day without the drama of confronting Satan’s plans but God has something better for me—victory not just for me but for the people He has call me to ‘stand in the gap’ for.

We all have our place in the body of Christ and there is a position in the ‘army of God’ for each one of us. So be encouraged and put on the armor of God each day. Be willing to fight by Christ’s side. Remember the Bible’s directive for us, “We fight not against people (flesh and blood) but against spiritual wickedness, the powers of darkness and every evil work.” God is depending on you!

So believe, be joyful in the fight, and do valiantly for His name’s sake. I come with the Hope of Glory in me— Christ in me, and He is my strength, my purpose and my hope all the daylong.

Who are you?

May 12, 2017 WWJWMTD by Steve the son of John

Who am I?

A prophetic & theological word

I have friends that I am sure will be left behind when Christ returns. That is because they call themselves by some other name other than a ‘Servant of Christ’. (Read Revelations)

We like to identify with groups of people rather than the family of God. We call ourselves a Democrat, Republican, or Independent. It is of course OK to be joined to a party so one can vote, but our identity should only be in Christ not our political persuasion.

There are Baptists, Catholics, Pentecostals, etc. but such titles only get in the way of who God wants us to be. We say “I am a New Yorker” or “a Texan” but this only complicates the matter. Often we state ‘where we live’ in order to find respect or positional status with a group of people, or to avoid what God is doing.

We justify who we want to be and avoid who God wants us to be by taking various worldly titles that neither support God’s intentions nor His plan for mankind.

Who am I? I am a Child of God, no more and no less. I fear the Lord and the fear of the Lord says, “Whatever you do or decide to do God is always righteous and just.” So who am I to say, “That one political party is better than another, and therefor I belong to the best party.”

God decides political matters and it is God’s will that we should find and obey. If I support anything that is outside of God’s will I lose who God wants me to be. Oh foolish Church, put aside who the world wants you to be or become and rather align yourself with the fear and will of God.

Be bold, be confident, be the person God wants you to be and take your place in the Body of Christ—not the body of some other group, organization or culture.

I am Steve, the son of John, born in Fresno, and I am a Christian first and everything else comes second. This is who I am.

It’s your turn…from ordinary to unbelieveable

May 11, 2017 WWJWMTD by Steve the son of John

The Government of God (the overview)

If you can receive ‘your mountain’ in Christ, you will be moving from patience to faith, from ‘waiting for’ to the ‘completion of’ God’s promised will, from the ordinary to the unbelievable.

This is a preview of parts in the series, The Government of God.

1) Even though God the Father placed all government on the shoulders of Jesus, we do not have the fulfillment of God’s will/actions today. Apostle Paul said, “Not all things are yet placed under His feet.” Now, two thousand years later, Jesus has yet to establish His Rule/Government over everything God created. But that is about to change.

2) The word “mountain(s)” in the Bible is a type of the “Government of God.” We are to do the will of God and that includes ‘taking your mountain’ in Christ and for Christ. Too often we speak only of salvation, mercy, grace or the moving of the Holy Spirit, but God is waiting for us to bring His Government to earth.

3) Christ will not return until everything is or about to be placed under His feet. The establishment of God’s Government began at Pentecost and will end at the time of the ‘later rain’ and Christ’s return.

4) The final revival for America will only be found in the manifestation of the Government of God. If you do the will of God, in these last days, you must ‘find your mountain’ and your mountain is the establishment of the Government of God in your community, city, state and nation. We must establish the presence and purposes of God’s Government over all creation and the works of man (read Daniel & Revelation).

5) From now on everything God wants to do until and during His return can only be found in the ‘Government of God’. One should not be looking only for more of the past—more of what God has done during the past 2000 years. If you want to have God’s will and what God is planning in these last days—the return of His Son, you should be looking, praying, expecting, and acting in ‘the establishment of the Government of God’ on earth.

6) Everything Jesus spoke about and did, finds its way to God’s Rule on earth. Make no mistake, your faith, obedience, and the depth of your love for God hinges on you ‘taking your mountain’ and accomplishing God’s reign and His establishment of His Government over all the works of His hands.

7) God has a part for you to play. God is inviting you and has made away in Christ for you to ‘Rule with Him’. Christ fulfilled God’s requests; it is now your turn!

Got your mountain?

May 10, 2017 WWJWMTD by Steve the son of John

The Government of God (the introduction)

About a year ago I wrote to you about my experience at the Healing Rooms in Santa Maria, CA. That experience was significant, life changing, and a turning point for me personally. What has taken place since that time has been extraordinary. I have been meditating on what was said to me and looking for the fulfillment of words of encouragement that were spoken over my life.

It is hard to wait, at least for me. I like to get things done, but God asks that I have patience. It is only through patience that we can receive God’s promises (Book of Hebrews). Patience precedes God’s will being accomplished, but now I can say with assurance and confidence that God wants to establish His Government as promised in Christ. If you can receive ‘your mountain’ in Christ, you will be moving from patience to faith, from ‘waiting for’ to the ‘completion of’ His promised will, from the ordinary to the unbelievable. You will find your purpose, the purpose God has always had for you, to establishing God’s Government on earth.

God promised me my mountain a year ago. I was told, “God was going to give me my mountain.” I did not know what that meant, but I have been asking for wisdom. I know Christ lives in me and He is the Way, but having the Way manifested in my life on a daily, moment by moment basis, is not as easy as one might think.

Well, all of that has changed! I now understand. I now see what God wants for me. I will be writing a series of articles on the Government of God—God’s Rule on the earth and what it means to ‘have your mountain’. It is as if all the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle fell into place. I understand the battle in front of me; what God has been planning for me even before I was born; and what ‘His will’ is for me.

May God grant you: eyes to read His words, ears to hear the Spirit talking, and hearts to understand the Establishment of His Government in Christ on earth.

Trip to Taiwan

May 7, 2017 WWJWMTD by Steve the son of John

God’s Healing in Taiwan

By David & Glendae Hauser

I want to first of all thank everyone who prayed and supported our recent trip to Taiwan, April 27 through May 3, 2017. My wife and I took a team of eight healing technicians from the Pasadena Healing Rooms to the small Asian country. We also sent two additional people ahead of us, which were forerunners to prepare the way for our coming.

As you know, presently there are no healing rooms in Taiwan, and as you can imagine there was tremendous resistance against our team to begin the process of establishing healing rooms there. It reminded me when the angel said to Daniel, “I was commissioned to come at the beginning of your prayers but the enemy resisted me.” Thank God that the Lord always has the final word.

On the plane I was attacked physically for about an hour, but victory was won through those who interceded for the team and me. (I don’t want to say too much about this at this time, but I will give more information later.)

We prayed for hundreds of people, including business leaders in Taiwan, and saw many healings of cancer (which were confirmed), Parkinson’s disease, M.S. and other sicknesses with nearly one hundred percent of those who came for prayer were healed. I asked God what made the difference in Taiwan versus the United States? He spoke very clearly and said it was ‘Expectation’. For them it was not about ‘will God hear’? But, it was ‘that God would hear’! I have never been in meetings where God was doing such tremendous miracles.

The main Christian Newspaper in Taiwan interviewed us and they wrote a front-page article about the team. We also met with the organization The Businessmen of Taiwan, who when they saw and heard about the healings they wanted a healing service on the spot, which we provided. We asked them to receive the Lord as their Savior, they did; there was about 100 individuals who prayed the ‘sinner’s prayer’.

One church in Taiwan, approximately a thousand members, had a Buddhist temple within 50 feet of the church. I went to take pictures and when I stepped onto the Buddhist temple’s property, I heard the Lord say this is the source of the attack on us. Praise God we got the victory over every work of the enemy.

I want to thank all the intercessors that prayed for us, and also those who contributed to help us ‘pay the way’ for the team. God reminded me of the Biblical story, ‘that those who stay with the stuff when David pursued the enemy equally shared in the blessing and victory of the spoils’.

Thank you again for everyone who was there for us—each step of the way. None of us get to share in God’s glory. It was the Lord God Almighty alone, and He receives all the glory! “I thank you Jesus for your protection, you bringing us home safely and may you protect our emissaries that we left there to establish Healing Rooms.” You can find more information about our trip and how to get in touch with us by logging into our Facebook account at Pasadena Healing Rooms.

Love for all by David and Glendae Regional Directors of Healing Rooms International

Change does not come easy

April/March, 2017 WWJWMTD by Steve the son of John

Finding Change

Building Character of the Month Series

God is into changing one’s character. Sin has been so destructive; it has ruined whom we are or who we were meant to be. God wants to fix all of that. Jesus did this for us at Calvary and the Holy Spirit’s job is to make this happen for each of us.

However, building character and changing character is not always the same. To change one’s character takes a ‘heart response’ and a heart response takes humility. It is often said, “One cannot teach an old dog new tricks” and for one to change it often includes ‘trial and error’.

The story of Gideon (Judges chapters 6 through 8) offers us guidance and support in changing God’s way. Gideon was never too sure of himself or what God wanted. He never sees himself as a ‘somebody’ or a talented person. He lacked intelligence, strength of character, and diverse abilities. He was a simple man and scared much of the time, yet God called him in Hebrews a ‘person of faith’.

What God sees in us and how we see ourselves is usually two different persons. God is looking for people to give into what He wants—humble enough to allow God to have His way. In other words, God is looking for humility that comes from the heart and one’s spirit, not from one’s strength of personality.

So if you are looking for change—to be the person God wants you to be—start with humility not strength, and let God do the changing, just ‘go with the flow of the Spirit of God’. It will not be easy but the end result, well, it is what you have always been wanting and looking for—the perfect person who loves God, others and oneself.

Praying and listening

May 4, 2017 WWJWMTD by Steve the son of John

National Day of Prayer

Prayer, what a wonderful experience! The Bible says, “Men ought always to pray.” God’s relationship with you is built on communication/prayer. God is always talking and we ought to be always talking to Him.

We find many prayers in the Bible—Psalms, Nehemiah, Daniel, and the Gospels are just a few books that have multiple prayers or finding help with praying. David and Jesus got up early to pray or went to a quiet place to pray. Daniel prayed three times a day, and Paul said, “I pray more than all of you.”

Jesus said, “My sheep hear my voice.” I guess you need to be more like sheep than any other animal groups in order to hear God’s voice. I have told stories about sheep and how they are so ‘in-tune’ with me talking to them. Even my horses know my voice and respond to what I say. If only we would less human and more like God’s creation.

Today being the National Day of Prayer, I suggest you move your prayer life up a notch. Try to spend a little more time in prayer each day—get to a quiet place and always ask God, ”What do you want to say to me, God?”

Where ever you pray always ask God to sanctify and bless where you are praying. I am reminded of houses, rooms, and whole buildings where people had prayed or pray all the time—there is a ‘peace’ in that building/room—I can always feel the presence of God.

God inhabits not only the praise of His people but also the prayers of His people.

Have a wonderful day in prayer! Your friend…Steve
